Teaching School Administrator (West Herts Teaching School)
Required for September 2017 working 37 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks.
Grade - H4 or H5 depending on experience (FTE £17,547 - £21,057) pro-rata + fringe allowance
This unique role is a real opportunity to join a happy and dynamic team working across the Aspire Academies Trust family of schools, with our Alliance schools and regionally with our many partners.
The role is based at Bovingdon Primary Academy and is very varied, supporting the Teaching School team in the delivery of courses and training on site and in schools. This includes supporting School Direct Training for teachers.
The person we are seeking will be highly skilled, well organised, dedicated, enthusiastic, motivated and able to communicate at all levels. We work with many partners both locally and regionally and the ability to create promotional materials and have some marketing skills would be beneficial.
NB: There is also an opportunity to include part time Clerking for the Aspire Board of Trustees and the Local Advisory Boards to this role for which some flexibility would be required as there are some evening meetings. This activity would attract additional pay and training for the Clerking role will be provided if required.

Part time and term time with shifts as and when required, 11am - 2pm
We are looking for a casual catering assistant to cover shifts at one or more of the Trust’s Hertfordshire academies, to help keep up our excellent standards of service at peak times or during period of staff absence.
The role involves:
- preparing, cooking and delivering meals under supervision of the Cook
- supporting other related catering duties
- cleaning duties in the kitchen and servicing areas
- checking deliveries of food
- topping up supplies of condiments and cutlery
